Refund Policy

At North Mississippi Handyman Services, LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with the services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased through https://northmshandy.com (“the Site”).

By scheduling or purchasing services from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Our services are provided on a per-project or per-visit basis. Because each service involves labor, time, and materials, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been rendered.

However, we want every customer to be confident in our work. If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or not to a reasonable professional standard, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the completed service so we can review and address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • A service was paid for but not performed, due to cancellation by us or an unforeseen scheduling issue.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A verified billing error occurred.

  • A service was not completed as described, and an acceptable resolution could not be provided.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service was completed as agreed.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on preference, pricing, or outcome outside the scope of the agreed service.

  • The customer fails to provide accurate or complete information necessary for service completion.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at northmshandy@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the service date.
Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • The date of service

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the minimum service charge ($100).

5. No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or client unavailability, the minimum service charge may still apply.

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
